Use the maintenance-based period

The Global promotion notice describes an Early Access-server first week after October 13 PDT / October 14 CEST maintenance until October 20 PDT / October 21 CEST maintenance. It describes a second week for Launch servers until October 27 PDT / October 28 CET maintenance.

Those are maintenance boundaries, not midnight timestamps. The revised notice contains first-day Europe exceptions; read the current source instead of relying on an invented universal countdown.

Selected application checks

These are selected checks from the dated notice, not a complete eligibility guarantee. Completing this checklist does not reserve a slot, spend currency or submit a transfer.

• The source and destination are in the same region.
• The source and destination faction match.
• An Early Access server is moving only to another Early Access server.
• The applying character is level 10 or above.
• The character is in a village, not an Abyss, Rift or dungeon area.
• There is no Legion membership or pending Legion application.
• No active Duty Mission remains.
• The destination still has transfer capacity in the current flow.

Read the promotion price and extra-slot cost separately

The dated promotion lists a base transfer and per-character transfer at 0 Quna, with extra character slots at 1,000 Quna each. It describes one transfer per account during the period. This does not make extra slots free or prove that the promotion is still available to your account.

Capacity may close opportunities early. Check both the source notice and the current transfer screen before confirming.

Pets and Genus Insight need a separate decision

The Global Q&A says pets and skins move with transferred characters and are removed from the origin server; remaining characters there cannot keep equipping those moved pets or skins.

The Q&A describes selecting source or destination Genus Insight progress and warns that origin progress resets. Read that choice before confirming a move rather than treating transfer as a harmless server-name change.
