Keep the regular character allowance separate from the Halloween exchange. Check what remains after this week's purchases, then add energy assumptions only if you know the values.
Keep the two purchase channels separate
For each eligible character, subtract regular items already bought this week from the 20-item allowance. Sum those remainders on this one server. Ineligible characters add no remaining allowance.
Separately, subtract server-wide event purchases from the 4-item weekly event allowance. Add only the additional event items you explicitly plan to exchange; do not add an event allowance for every character.
If you enter an energy conversion, multiply the total item budget by your energy-per-item assumption. Add your current energy only when supplied. Whole-run estimates divide that assumed total by your supplied energy cost per run and round down. There is no regeneration, cap or automatic recharge model here.
The regular transfer-period rule is temporary, not a universal permanent cap. The event channel closes before maintenance on november 3 (pst) / november 4 (cet), 2026. No exact closing instant or weekly reset time is inferred.
