How the calculation works

Each skill starts at level 1 once learned. The community model assigns 1 point per upgrade to levels 2–4, 2 points to levels 5–7, and 4 points to levels 8–10. For most skills, each upgrade requires three additional character levels after the skill unlock; passive skills learned at levels 21, 23 and 25 are reported to have all ten levels available immediately. The general gating rule is extrapolated from limited in-game checks. The level budget excludes extra points; add the points you have earned from Wisdom Stones yourself. A negative balance indicates an over-budget plan.
