Four choices that should not be confused

A dated NA West example, not a live roster

The October 1 official notice named Nezekan for Elyos and Zikel for Asmodian in NA West. This gives a sourced example of faction/server pairing, not a complete list or a guarantee that character creation is open now.

The notice says instanced content including dungeons is cross-server. It does not establish cross-region grouping or unrestricted open-world travel between servers.

Before your group commits

Capacity and maintenance are different checks

Transfer capacity can close before a transfer period ends, and the Global capacity notice describes hourly updates during that period. It is not a live server-status API or a guarantee of space.

Use the current client and official notices for login or creation availability. This guide does not measure ping, queue length or server population.
